August 2012 – An excerpt of my Super Wholefood Salad was published in the ‘Food Blogs We Love’ section of Fresh Produce Journal.
November 2012 – I created a Christmas recipe for Lancaster University newspaper The Whistleblower.
September 2014 – I created a “three vegan puddings” article for student website UNiDAYS.
February 2015 – I was interviewed for online retailer World Organics Direct.
June 2015 – My Rose & Raspberry Macaron recipe was featured on free-from lifestyle magazine Free-From Heaven (work with Free-From Heaven is an ongoing collaboration, so check them out as I’ll be on their Instagram frequently!).
