About

Hi, I’m Emily Chudy, a 24-year-old journalist and unstoppable sweet-tooth from London.

This blog is a vegan (ish) delve into my kitchen to show you guys how to make healthy and insanely delicious food easy and cheaply, and help you to fall in love with cooking if you’re a total culinary beginner.

My one hope is that you enjoy my incessant rambling as well as my often-haphazard recipes, and that you perhaps try eating meat-free once in a while, knowing that it doesn’t have to be boring or restrictive, and it can easily fit into a busy lifestyle.

My food is mostly vegan (I’m a sucker for cheese and ice cream), always affordable and 100% tasty – no boring salads allowed!
