I’ve been running a lot recently as I’ve been training for a 10k for charity, which I just completed yesterday (in 1 hour, 3 minutes!) so I’ve been eating a lot of carbs to compensate for the energy I’m using, and nothing quite fills a hole like potato wedges. I used a huge potato all to myself for this recipe and I regret nothing, it was so good. This is great student food because potatoes are so cheap, and the veggie burgers I had to go with them only cost £1 for 4, so this is healthy on a budget :)
It was me and about 400 other students who ran/walked the 10k yesterday for Domestic Violence charities, so it’s an amazing cause and I’m so proud of everyone for getting involved! I’ve linked to the webpage in case you feel really generous, but do look into The Vagina Monologues if you have the time, it’s such a worthwhile thing to get involved with.
