Gingerbread Hot Chocolate

Seriously needed some warmth and lovely snuggly hot chocolate after the morning that I’ve had! My essay was due in at twelve, so I had a really stressful time trying to print the damn thing off and fighting through the wind and driving rain to get to campus, and by the time I got back home my hair was sodden and I was shivering cold, and just wanted a hot drink to cuddle my insides!

I’ve seen that for Christmas, Starbucks has released some new seasonal drinks, including a gingerbread latte, which sounds incredible, but I really can’t stand coffee, so I thought I’d make my own very special vegan gingerbread hot chocolate! It was so scrumptious, and given that I haven’t drunk a hot chocolate in around two years I had such a grin on my face whilst I sipped this beauty and thought of Christmas :D

I hope you love this drink as much as I did, and I hope you’re starting to get into the spirit of Winter and Christmas! I’m so excited for it, and now that my exams have got started, I just can’t wait for them all to be over and to start decorating and buying gifts!

P.S. Not long left until I announce the winner of my competition to help raise money for B-eat! I’m really close to my fundraising goal so please enter for a chance to win some awesome vegan goodies! http://www.justgiving.com/emilycooksvegan
