Love your recipes and I’m not even vegan. Like the idea of this to do list to, something I should really consider doing myself.
Theres not much there yet since I’m just starting as part of my Journalism course but if you fancy a quick read of my food blog, it would be much appreciated!

Really like your blog :)
Good luck with the Journalism course x
:) Thanks, its a major work in progress given the choice it would have been less focused on food but we were given topics, which is how I came to follow your blog!
And thanks, congrats on your work experience btw, pretty jelous :)
Hii!
Love your recipes! Any chance you could replicate this?

Yeah, I love that! I’ve got it in my cupboard right now :) xx
Loving this, I’ve been vegan a year and a half but am always looking for new ways to spice things up! Thanks!
It’s such a great idea to have a to-do list! I have one in my head, or marked in my books, but it’s an excellent blog idea. Love it!!!
I’m very curious about the vegan macarons, have you found a recipe for it yet?
As for home made hummous, it is actually quite easy, especially if you have an immersion blender. You can generally go by taste, using the staples of canned chickpeas, tahini, and lemon, and go from there. Smitten Kitchen has a great recipe, and I have one on my blog that doesn’t use garlic. Give it a shot!!
Weird you should say that! I made hummous last night and was planning to post it at some point today, it was really easy though :) x
I make a roast butternut squash risotto, which is yummy (even if I do say so myself). I’m not vegan, but I look forward to your pumpkin risotto when you get there! Thank you!
Hi Emily. I loved your porridge with shredded carrots — perfect fall breakfast. Was wondering what you thought of this corn soup — not quite a chowder, but still quick and tasty. And could always make it a chowder by just leaving half of ingredients unpureed <;-)

Ahh that’s so weird, I was just looking for recipes for corn chowder – was planning on doing it next week!
I really like it, love the garnish! x
gorgeous blog! thanks for the like on mine. x
I like the idea of a recipe to-do list! Do you mind if I borrow your idea on my blog?
Yeah sure :) I really like it as well, makes me feel quite productive! x
Cool format. I’m excited to see the Samosas… I can’t even imagine how that will happen, but I love ‘dem. :)
Thanks, I have a recipe already, just waiting for the right time to make them :) x
Fantastic list! It will be wonderful to see your recipes along the way. ~ judy
Thank you :)
I really hope I’ll get through them all! x

Great list…will be checking in as you progress through them all! Wishing you the best!
Thank you! Planning to power through the list over my summer holiday, I can’t wait :) x
I have always wanted to attempt a homemade version of the Nakd chocolate and orange bar, will be interested to see how yours goes!
I’ve never tried the cocoa orange one, but Berry Delight’s my favourite so far :) I thought they might be easy to re-create because all the ingredients are totally natural, hopefully they’ll turn out well! x
Brilliant, best of luck!
Not to be self-promoting here (!) but this granola’s really easy, healthy and vegan. I’ve made it with loads of different nut butters, added spice and essence, used mashed banana instead of the apple, etc and it’s always worked!

Also, these peanut butter cookies are my all-time favourite. I’ve made them with every nut butter under the sun and I’m sure adding chocolate chips would take them to a whole new level :-)

Katie’s deep dish cookie pie is also amazing, as are loads of her recipes!
Thanks for the recipes :)
I love CCK, and your granola looks lovely, I’ll be sure to try both x
