Tutorial Video: Vegetable Stir-Fry

About a week ago I started talking to a lovely girl on twitter, who mentioned that she was a little frightened of cooking, so I thought it would be a nice idea to make a tutorial video for a simple stir-fry for her, and that might take a little bit of the scariness away, because anyone watching can just cook along with me :)

I apologise for my face, and my stupid voice, and if I went too fast or anything – this is my first video and I’m really, really nervous about uploading it! I really hope this helps anyone who’s a little scared of starting cooking, and I really hope the girl in question appreciates it, I’d love to see if she managed to challenge herself in the kitchen (no pressure though!) I’ve added an ingredients list with the measurements below the video, so you can get everything prepared before you start watching.

Ingredients

Half a packet of rice noodles

A little oil or oil spray

One clove of garlic, finely chopped

Half a small onion, finely chopped

Half a red or yellow pepper, seeded and sliced

One small carrot, finely sliced

Half a courgette, cut into small chunks

25g of mangetout , sliced

One spring onion, shredded

Half a tablespoon of soy sauce, the juice of half a lime, half a chilli and a small teaspoon of ginger to dress.
